The Government Contracts Public Procurement Practice Group represents clients in a wide array of industries and with all types of government contracts and public procurement matters, including bid protests and other contract-related litigation, contract negotiations, investigations, compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, technology licensing, cybersecurity, and government contract aspects of M&A transactions.
We have a need for a Government Contracts Associate in the Washington, DC office. The individual will have the opportunity to join a vibrant and growing practice and participate in all aspects of the government contracts practice as well as to take on significant responsibility and work directly with clients and partners.

• The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of government contracts experience in matters and a mix of litigation and transactional experience.
• Outstanding writing and analytical skills and top academic credentials are essential.
• Bar admission in District of Columbia or the ability to waive into the District of Columbia bar is required.

The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience (including class year); and, certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.
Washington, D.C. annual salary range: $235,000 to $310,000
