Minimum 3 years of experience with export controls, ITAR, CFIUS, sanctions, and other trade areas.
Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm experience.
Government and/or agency experience preferred.

Pay TransparencyThe expected annual pay range for this position, if hired to work in Washington, DC is $260,000 $390,000 per year. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate's geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications.
