- Minimum 3 years of experience with export controls, ITAR, CFIUS, sanctions, and other trade areas.
- Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm experience.
- Government and/or agency experience preferred.
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and writing skills
