Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight and direction to direct care staff.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Dialysis Unit.
• Coordinate resources for optimal patient care.
• Facilitate communication with healthcare providers.

Requirements:

• Full-time, direct employment status.
• Registered Nurse in Nebraska.
• Minimum 1 year clinical nursing experience, preferably in Medical-Surgical nursing.
• Additional 6 months of dialysis nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred.
• Strong leadership skills.
