As a result of our dedication, precision, and ability to create the impossible, we are in need of an Interior Designer. Jaffa Group takes pride in their homes and is rapidly growing as new custom homes are being built. They are seeking an experienced Interior Designer with at least
5 years of experience with Interior Design. Also experience with AutoCad or Revit required.
At Jaffa Group, they ensure that customers' homes are superior and generate glowing recommendations from satisfied clients by doing a complete company walkthrough to ensure everything is as the customer intended. The primary duties of this position are: Oversee multiple design projects from conception to completion working directly with clients selecting interior finishes and details. Collaborate with the in-house architects providing renderings for clients, as well as creating electrical and plumbing drawings to present to subcontractors for installation. Create Client Change Orders and corresponding contracts to the suppliers and subcontractors. Assist in coordination of installs, job site visits and walkthroughs, and weekly client meetings. Skills: Able to work in a fast paced environment, with a lot of moving parts. Excellent organization skills Excellent Communication Skills. Experience with Auto CAD Required. Preference given to candidates with Revit experience. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
