We need a project manager with experience in millwork cabinetry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of projects, ensuring timelines are met, budgets are adhered to, and client expectations are exceeded.
Duties and Responsibilities -
Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
Client Interaction: Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project life-cycle.
Resource Allocation: Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to allocate resources effectively and ensure project milestones are achieved.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of custom millwork production, ensuring that products meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively develop strategies to mitigate challenges that may arise during project execution.
Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and positive working environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork among project team members.
Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project-specific details.
Skills and Qualifications
• 3 Years of construction project management experience
• Some background with Millwork Cabinetry.
• Strong understanding of overall construction and custom manufacturing
• We use an ERP system to manage our shop and work with computerized equipment that will require a strong comfort level with technology.
• Must be willing to measure our progress and output and use these numbers to focus our improvements.
• Must be able to deal with a diverse group of personalities and work with them to solve problems and effectively manage projects from
