We need someone who can handle preparing food stations, cooking a high volume of food, and ensuring that all food safety and storage regulations are followed. Responsibilities •Prepare meals in accordance with the instructions printed on food order tickets or delivered verbally by staff •Maintain work stations, including all countertops, utensils, equipment, and refrigeration in a clean and sanitary condition per health and safety regulations •Wash, cut, dice, chop, and slice food items to stock prep stations •Recognize and adhere to quality requirements for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products, as well as correct storage and waste management •Sweep, mop, clean countertops, and wipe down all used surface areas at the end of each shift Qualifications •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members •Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic •Previous experience working in fast food or quick service restaurant is preferred •Ability to understand and comply with kitchen sanitation, safety and equipment usage, and food storage regulations •Needs to be able to multitask, prioritize, and have excellent time management skills
