Duties:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of multiple properties
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and cleanliness standards are met
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations
- Advertise and market available properties to attract potential tenants
- Screen and select qualified tenants, negotiate lease agreements, and enforce lease terms
- Collect rent payments and ensure timely payment from tenants
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for each property
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions and documentation
- Utilize a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and maintenance requests
Skills:
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices, including HUD and LIHTC programs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Familiarity with property maintenance procedures and regulations
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Administrative skills for managing paperwork, contracts, and financial records
