CSP's Accounting & Finance practice has partnered with a rapidly growing facility services organization based in Columbia that is in need of a strong Controller. This role will be responsible for the entire close process and operational cost accounting, reporting directly executive leadership. Ideal candidates will have a strong manufacturing background, be very hands on and demonstrate leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Review and maintain monthly reporting package
• Manage business registrations and tax filing
• Drive process improvement and lead strategic planning for all accounting software

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7 years of experience in accounting, job costing, and forecasting
• CPA Preferred
• Strong system experience
