CSP's Construction, Engineering, and Manufacturing services practice has partnered with a reputable environmental services company in the Baltimore area. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our partner's team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects throughout the Maryland and DC area.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute residential and commercial projects in the Maryland and DC area. This includes vacuum truck services, tank removals and cleanings, industrial cleaning, non-hazardous waste hauling, and emergency spill response.
- Prepare bids, secure necessary permits, and coordinate key elements to ensure successful project completion.
- Monitor and manage all projects using HubSpot.
- Collaborate closely with the operations and executive team throughout the full project lifecycle to manage budgets and scope of work.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships as required by the role.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Environmental Science, Biology, or Chemistry)
- Knowledge of HubSpot is preferred.
- Experience in the construction industry or residential project management is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and/or DOT medical card.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work in various atmospheric conditions including extreme cold, heat, humidity, and other weather conditions.
- Capability to navigate construction sites with uneven terrain, stairs, ladders, and work at heights.
- Must be able to lift up to 80lbs and push/pull up to 100lbs.
