CSP's Accounting & Finance practice has partnered with a growing advertising and marketing organization that is in search of a Senior Accounting Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in steering their accounting and financial processes and contributing to their continued success, while working closely with the organizations VP of Finance.
Responsibilities include:
- Financial Management - Oversee and manage the M/E close, financial statements and reporting, and analysis to support business decisions
- Client & Vendor Management - Handle client billing and vendor payments and process financial transactions, ensuring it is compliant and processed accurately
- Payroll Administration - Manage the payroll process, tax reporting, and bonus/commission plans
- KPI Reporting and Analysis - Update KPI dashboard and assist VP of Finance in driving efficiencies for real-time measurement and reporting
- Budgeting and Forecasting - Assist VP of Finance in updating rolling financial forecasts and preparing reports to track against budget.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Advanced skills with QuickBooks Online and Excel required
- CPA a plus
- Must be a self-starter and motivated individual
