The purpose of this role is to provide the organization, coordination, and support for all matters pertaining to the medical staff including hiring, onboarding, credentialing/privileging, OPPE/FPPE, performance reviews, medical staff committees, peer review committee and all other functions that relate to the medical staff. Works closely with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and DH Medical Staff Office with all matters pertaining to medical staff. Coordinates processes in hiring and onboarding of all medical providers in collaboration with DH Talent Acquisition, administrative executive assistants, Occupational Health, and HR. Coordinates with HR and Medical Provider Leaders orientation and onboarding schedules of medical providers.

College degree or equivalent experience. 2-years applicable experience required, including demonstrated proficiency in managerial, communication and organizational skills.
