Job DetailsJob Location
Chesmar Homes - Dallas East - Richardson, TX
DescriptionConstruction Internships - Our Dallas (East), division is looking for construction interns. As a construction intern you will assist the Construction Manager and Superintendents with the management of all functions of job sites as it relates to home construction, including but not limited to scheduling and supervising job site.
Qualifications
  • A high level of accountability, reliability and initiative
  • A proven ability to execute with consistent delivery
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Personable, able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
  • Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment
  • A growth mindset: desire to learn, grow and embrace new ideas
Experience
  • Must be enrolled full time at a 4-year accredited university/college
  • Experience with Paycom or similar payroll system (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
