Description

Position Summary:

As an N Titleist, you will be responsible for representing our family of companies to the highest level of customer service and satisfaction by putting the needs of our guests and customers first. To achieve this, you will build and maintain customer relationships while managing and coordinating the overall closing process for transaction files.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Putting the needs of our guests and customers first by predicting and satisfying guest needs, whether in-person or through correspondence Making WOW! moments and memories for each guest to exceed expectations
  • Managing the entire real estate closing process, including compliance with lender closing instructions, real estate contracts, company and underwriting requirements, state and federal requirements
  • Making independent, informed decisions regarding the various aspects of real estate transactions including, but not limited to compliance matters, customer relations, problem resolution and accuracy/reliability of legal documents
  • Resolving title issues and secure all documents (corrective and others) required for issuance of title insurance policies
  • Ensuring an exceptional closing experiences for all customers & clients by providing the highest level of customer service and completing transactions in a timely, efficient and error-free manner
  • Building and maintaining customer & client relationships
  • Maintaining a daily task list (dashboard) within RamQuest on open files with no overdue tasks
  • Reviewing completed title commitments, tax and HOA certificates, surveys, legal and loan documents, payoffs, and any other items needed for closing files
  • Verifying all funds are collected and that all documents are accurate (including legal descriptions & names) and executed/acknowledged properly prior to disbursement
  • Overseeing the funding of closed transactions to include proper collection and disbursement of funds to correspond with closing statements, contracts, bills/statements/invoices, receipts and any other supporting documentation
  • Responsible for maintaining lot purchase base file, inventory and closings on builder files
  • Reviewing and clearing of Outstanding Check Registers for assigned files on a monthly basis
  • Adherence to our company mission and values
  • Adherence to company, underwriting and state guidelines and procedures

Qualifications


  • Minimum of three (3) year’s title company work experience required
  • Experience as a licensed Escrow Officer preferred, but not required
  • Prior working experience with RamQuest CCE is preferred, but not required
  • Friendly and professional attitude and appearance are required
  • Excellent customer service and listening skills are required
  • Excellent decision making, effective negotiation, leadership, organization and strategic planning skills are required
  • Excellent computer skills required, as we are considered a paperless environment with over 95% of work requiring a computer
  • Very detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and handle high work volume and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are required
  • Must possess the ability to listen, take notes and follow very detailed instructions to complete tasks in a timely, efficient and error-free manner
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft systems (Outlook, Word and Excel) is required
  • College Degree Preferred
