Horticulturalist
We would love for you to come join our team and grow with our expanding company. We are looking for a horticulturalist with a great work ethic and the ability to provide a high level of customer service. We are a full service landscape company & garden center located in Chesterfield, MO.

Full Time
- Green industry experience required (horticulture, agriculture, plant sciences, greenhouse work, etc.)
- Assisting customers & answering their questions on plant info, selection, and care
- Identifying and assisting in treating plant problems with insects, disease, fungus, etc.
- Daily watering and plant care (pruning, weeding, etc.)
- Sales skills (selling material, bulk material hardgoods and plant care enhancements)
- Assisting at the registers
- Restocking merchandise and remerchandising assigned section throughout the season
- Applying price tags & notating shortages and outages
- Light cleaning duties
- Work with Managers to maintain overall plant care, nursery and display appearance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

REQUIREMENTS:
· Team Player
- Landscape design knowledge preferred but not required
· Weekday and Saturday hours required
· Willing to work in all weather conditions (outside & in greenhouses)
· QuickBooks experience preferred but not required
· Able to lift 30 pounds or more and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Able to stand, walk, and be on their feet for multiple hours at a time with minimal breaks
