We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Duties:

- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and address their needs.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

-Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, rental orders, and payments in the company database.

-Assist customers in selecting the appropriate dumpster size based on their specific needs and requirements.
- Utilize strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Provide accurate information about products/services and company policies
- Maintain phone etiquette standards during all interactions.
- Collaborate with the drivers to ensure timely deliveries and pickups according to the schedule.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for catering to diverse customer needs.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers.
- Proficiency in data entry tasks with high accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
- Phone etiquette skills are essential for professional customer interactions.
- Ability to analyze information and provide solutions accordingly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
