Job Overview:

Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and address their needs.

- Utilize strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Provide accurate information about products/services and company policies
- Maintain phone etiquette standards during all interactions.
- Collaborate with the drivers to ensure timely deliveries and pickups according to the schedule.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for catering to diverse customer needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers.
- Proficiency in data entry tasks with high accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
- Phone etiquette skills are essential for professional customer interactions.
- Ability to analyze information and provide solutions accordingly.
