As a Service Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in coordinating service work with service writers, dispatching work to technicians, and ensuring a seamless experience with our customers. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly will be a key to success in this role. Implements and maintains an effective dispatch system .

Schedules shop work to facilitate maximum productivity in accordance with dealership policy and the technician skill level required. Prioritizes and controls all comebacks to ensure proper and prompt attention. 

**MUST HAVE AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE in a dealership and MUST have Reynolds & Reynolds experience ( ** APPLICANTS WITHOUT ANY DEALERSHIP SHOP DISPATCHER EXPERIENCE WILL BE DECLINED ).This is a great opportunity to work in a busy service department managing all of the service technicians and Service writers. Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and prioritize service requests from service writers. Ensuring timely and accurate scheduling
• Dispatching work to technicians at service bays based on priority and availability
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with service writers on service status, technicians on priorities or availability, porters to locate vehicles and load bays, and any delays or issues that occur.
• Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate urgent or high priority requests.
• Maintain accurate records in DMS.
• Provide administrative support as needed
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
