Bar & Lounge Assistant - About you

• 1 year experience working behind a bar is required
• Drive and passion to seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests
• Confidence, enthusiasm and passion for your work and communication with colleagues
• A keen eye for detail, organisational skills and a flexible attitude

Aim of the Bar & Lounge Assistant role

To assist in serving guests within the bar, lounges and outdoor terrace to ensure all guests leave happy

Bar & Lounge Assistant Responsibilities :

• Constantly seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests and give them 5 star service
• Have expert knowledge of the food and beverages that we offer and create opportunities to keep yourself up to date with our latest cocktail menus to drive sales
• Confidently deliver the key bar and lounge processes and demonstrate these standards consistently
• Create and serve a wide range of drinks and cocktails with precision and speed
• Work well as part of a team, treating others like family and proactively seek out ways to lend a hand
• Have an eye for detail and very high standards when it comes to our service, hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards
• Maintain our standards at all times, keeping our Bar & Lounge areas clean and tidy at all times
