- Consistently keeps assigned Operating Room clean and orderly, supplies and equipment are returned to proper stock points.
- Maintains assigned Core adequately stocked, not under or over stocking.
- Communicates with RN accepting and following through on delegated assignments.
- Provides assistance to physicians, patients, family members, visitors and staff as necessary.
- Provides patient comfort by utilizing resources and materials; transports patients appropriately and to correct destination without error.
- Maintains work operations by following policies and procedures.
- Assists anesthesia care providers with procedures in the preparation of open heart procedures.
Licensure: Must obtain/register on the North Dakota Department of Health Nursing Assistant Registry. If not registered, then must obtain registration within 4 months of start date.
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years operating room experience, six months at St. Alexius Medical Center Operating Room.
Skills: Ability to organize assignments and work under pressure. Basic Life Support Certification within 480 hours of employment and meets re-certification as required.
Pay Range$15.51 - $20.16 /hour
