Responsibilities:

• Manage daily outbound shipping operations including:

• Check-in drivers and assign docks.

• Input load and driver information into appointments spreadsheet.

• Manage emails and phone calls

• Communicate with local and non-local customers regarding ETAs and updates.

• Invoice sales orders and organize corresponding paperwork.

• Prepare and send various labels and packets.

• Scan and send necessary documents to designated recipients.

• Attend Outbound Operations Specialist Meeting monthly and provide reports.

• Coordinate directly with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely shipment preparations.

• Create and organize production packs and ensure accurate labeling of shipments with barcode labels.

• Communicate effectively with the Director of Logistics, Sales Representatives, Customers, and team members.

Requirements:

• Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English.

• Ability to work from 10:30 AM until the last trailer is shipped and production packages are completed.

• Experience in dispatching local drivers and checking in drivers for out-of-state deliveries.

• Proficient in generating invoices and necessary paperwork for drivers and customers.

Compensation:

• Regular pay is $18 per hour.

• Additional hourly bonus based on experience and efficiency.
