Job Description : Elmhurst family seeking an experienced Nanny for one child. The ideal candidate is seeking a long-term position with a loving family.
Start September 2024. Schedule : Guaranteed 34.5 hours a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday’s, 6 : 00am-5 : 30pm. Compensation : $27-$30 / hour vacation, holidays, sick days.
Job Details and Responsibilities : One newborn due Summer 2024. Primary responsibilities are the day-to-day care of the child including preparing bottles, changing diapers, coordinating and monitoring naps, bathing, and taking the children on walks and to activities.
Light housekeeping includes tidying and organizing child’s areas, child’s laundry, washing bottles and child’s dishes, and keeping track of the child’s needs (diapers, wipes, etc.
Nanny should be knowledgeable regarding child development and milestones (switching to solid foods, potty training, etc.
Should be able to provide developmentally appropriate activities. Family has one large dog. Nanny should be comfortable around pets.
No care is required. Qualifications : Nanny should have extensive, verifiable nannying experience with newborns and infants.
Nanny is looking for a long-term commitment with a family. Nanny should be warm and caring. Will be able to foster a positive relationship with the child and the family.
Both parents work in healthcare and need a caregiver who is consistent! Driving is needed for the role. Nanny will need to provide their own vehicle.
