Job Summary:

Immediate opening for an experienced, highly skilled Parts Manager to run the parts department for a multi-line dealership. If you possess a high-energy level, are hard-working, and have a proven track record, please apply. You must be a great team leader with the ability to communicate effectively with others. You will be responsible for managing inventory, sourcing parts, and ensuring efficient operations within the department.

Responsibilities:

• Order parts as needed for repairs and ensure proper inventory levels
• Oversee pricing
• Coordinate with service department to fulfill parts orders promptly
• Manage and train staff
• Optimize and develop strategies for parts department operations
• Manage inventory levels
• Ensure a safe working environment
• Address customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally

Qualifications:

• Proven track record as an automotive parts manager
• Strong background in inventory management and warehouse operations
• Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair processes
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train staff
• Enthusiastic presence in a team environment
• Strong written and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Professional work ethic
