Minimum Qualifications And CompetenciesEducation /Background:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in facilities management OR High School Diploma and 10 years of experience in facilities management
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Proven experience in facilities management and safety prevention and planning
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, excellent organizational abilities
- Excellent judgment and leadership capabilities
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Bilingual: English and Spanish preferred
- Thorough knowledge of relevant Agency policies and procedures.
- Ability to analyze data reports to discern trends and patterns and take appropriate action.
- Ability to have drivers license, clean driving record
- Must pass all background checks, receive vaccinations and meet all program requirements for employment
- Must be able to maintain all licenses and certifications related to job responsibilities
