Position SummaryUnder general supervision of the Community Services Director, manages the day-to-day operation of the FGP/SCP programs such as but not limited to building relationship with schools in Dona Ana, Grants and Mckinley, senior community centers, coordinating volunteer outreach and recruitment, training, and worksite visits. Performs clerical duties for the FGP/SCP programs and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications And CompetenciesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Knowledge of the communities in Dona Ana, Grants, Catron and McKinley. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required for the position, but is not a comprehensive list.

Minimum of an Associates Degree in social work; or 1½ years of related work experience for every year of college education is preferred.

A variety of personal competencies need to be demonstrated by everyone at HELP-NM and include but are not limited to:
