Chicanos Por La Causa Inc is Hiring a Staff Aide Near Tucson, AZ
Position SummaryCPLC Immigration is a recognized agency that provides immigration services; including naturalization, deferred action for childhood arrivals, and family-based immigration petitions services. The staff aide will provide support services to CPLC immigration services staff by answering the phone, taking messages, greeting the public, scheduling and assessing service to be provided to client, help organize virtual files and upload and track all necessary data, process mail, etc.
Minimum Qualifications And Competencies
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1 year of office experience.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
- Must possess valid Arizona Driver’s License, vehicle insurance and availability to be covered under CPLC policy.
- Must possess excellent technical skills including Microsoft suite. Must be able to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities. Must be detail-oriented and organized. Must be able to utilize technology to track results. Able to travel in and out of state as needed. Must have reliable transportation for travel to and from events.
