Chick-fil-A I Mid Rivers Mall Drive is Hiring a Front of House Team Leader Near Saint Peters, MO

At Chick-fil-A we strive to create a development path for leaders; not only are we looking for leaders, we are looking for leaders who have a passion for developing others. A shift leader is a crucial part of our business. A shift leader is the face of the restaurant during their shift and is responsible for ensuring each guest that visits walks away having a remarkable experience.

This Front of House Lead role is a full-time position (daytime and evening availability is expected).

Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager very helpful to the success at this job.

At our Chick-fil-A location, developed and approved Leaders are responsible for helping team members develop skills and providing resources so they can be successful at their job. Leaders are responsible for supervising assigned responsibilities for an entire shift and may be assigned to open or close the restaurant.


Front of House Lead Responsibilities Include:

  • Successfully complete and certify as a Team Lead.
  • Participating operationally in day to day activities in high-volume fast-paced restaurant.
  • Offer the Team encouragement to stay true to 2nd Mile Service goals.
  • Offer immediate/respectful response to Guest's needs.
  • Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, act as a role model for our team.
  • Be a friendly encouraging team player
  • Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder.
  • Count Drawers and Finalizing Day.
  • Excellent Communication Skills both written and spoken.
  • ServeSafe Certified

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 18 years old
  • Hard-working with attention to brand procedures and policies.
  • Team-oriented with proven ability to develop and lead others to successfully reach goals.
  • Excellent social skills with guests and team members. Leads by influencing.
  • Job history of building trust within a leadership team and business owners.
  • Great guest service skills with proven history of guest recovery.
  • Open availability
  • Successful Leadership experience in a quick casual setting highly preferred.
  • Work history of excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Evidence of personal and professional humility.
  • Excellent history of attendance and punctuality, as scheduled.
  • Must be able to lift items of a minimum of 25 lbs.
