As a Chick-fil-A Delivery Driver you work directly for the franchised location under the Operator, in a Operator led delivery system. This system is maintained by Chick-fil-A, and not by a 3rd party company. As a result you have the benefit of working for the location, and the strong reputation and standards that comes with our brand. The Delivery Team works under the supervision of a Director, and works as a team to execute ongoing delivery's from our location to customers, utilizing their personal vehicles. The position is expected to maintain and exceed the same hospitality and professional standards that Chick-fil-A is known for. During non-peak times, Driver's will also assist with our Drive-Thru, and Front of House Hospitality Team. This position requires the Team Member to be flexible and dynamic in filling gaps and needs while working their shift, with their primary focus on executing our deliveries in a timely and professional way. The position is minimum wage with tips and delivery credit per delivery, currently averaging up to $21/hr.
