The Role:

The goal for a Front of House team member is to help turn guests into “Raving Fans”. A team Member position at Chick-fil-A at Market Street plays a vital role in the customer experience on a daily basis. They are expected to be a person that treats others with honor, dignity, and respect while maintaining a positive work environment. Our Front of House includes front counter ordering, mobile order pick-up, drive thru, and dining room hosting. It also requires attention to detail, cleaning, and stocking tasks. Front of House Team Members are expected to demonstrate a high knowledge of the following areas:

Expectations of a Front of House Team Member:

• Work your scheduled shifts and arrive on time every shift
• Arrive for your shift in full uniform: shirt, pants, belt, shoes for crews non-slip shoes, nametag
• Know the Chick-fil-A Market Street Vision Statement
• Know and do the “Core 4”
• Keep a “sense of urgency” and a “pep in your step” when it comes to serving our Guests
• When things slow down, know what you should be doing next – if you’re not sure, ask the shift manager
• Giving up a scheduled shift will be rare
• If you committed to a certain availability in the interview, we expect you to hold to that
• You will be trained in the “Chick-fil-A” way, strive to hold to that standard

Responsibilities of a Front of House Team Member:

• On arrival for your shift, check the gameplan for your assigned position
• Stay focused on your assigned position and relevant duties, and strive to learn that position to the best of your ability
• Although you may have a favorite, be willing to learn and serve in any position
• Always be asking the question: “What is our Guest experience right now?” What can you do to impact and improve their experience?
