Chick-fil-A North Haven is looking for energetic and hardworking team members to work in our kitchen, or Heart of the House (HOH). At Chick-fil-A, our Operators consider their team members to be more than just employees, they are a highly valued part of each Chick-fil-A restaurant. Our high retention rate is proof that team members really enjoy working at Chick-fil-A. Ideal candidates will have kitchen experience, or relevant experience working in a fast-paced environment. Salary: $13.00 to $16.00 /hour
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
General Responsibilities:
  • Team members learn and work multiple positions within the kitchen, to include breading chicken, assembling sandwiches, and prep work
  • Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards
  • Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times
  • Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Manager on Duty or Kitchen Supervisor
  • Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training to include annual re-certification
  • Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Be involved and contribute at team meetings
  • Carry out instructions given by the management team and operator
  • Comply with all Chick-fil-A North Haven rules and regulations to promote a safe and productive work atmosphere as laid out in the Handbook
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old to apply
  • Must be available to work on Saturdays
  • Must be able to work until 8:00 PM
  • Understand the expectation of Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence
  • Past kitchen experience is a plus
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus
