POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct and work in the daily operations overseeing and supervising systems and processes
• Lead, motivate, and build relationships with team members through cultivating a culture of care with a focus on developing and training
• Prioritize food safety, quality, and other key areas to ensure compliance and to create and maintain a remarkable guest experience

BENEFITS & COMPENSATION

• Compensation : $65-70K
• Paid Time Off (PTO) : Negotiable, starts at 40 hours, increases 40 hours / year up to 5 weeks PTO.
• Health Benefits : (No- waiting period) : The Operator covers 100% of the health insurance for individual employees. Family plan costs vary; Details to come
• Retirement : (1,000 hour waiting period) : 401K with up to a 5% contribution

• 2 years leadership / management experience
