Job Description:
Our Kitchen Team Member functions in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
The Kitchen Team Member is responsible for preparing, making, and assembling the Chick-fil-A product line with precision, accuracy, and quality. Each Member must also be monitoring their responsibilities, at all times, for safe practices and cleanliness.
Team Members will learn each station and become proficient in each area of the kitchen.

•Secondary
•Buns
•Fries
•Machines
•Etc.
Requirements:
•Follow Food Safety Guidelines
•Work Quickly and Efficiently
•Maintain a Cheerful and Positive Attitude
•Be a Team Player
•Be respectful of others and authority
•Be able to lift 30 lbs.
Prior experience working in a restaurant kitchen is preferred, but not a requirement. The Kitchen Team Member can be offered as a part-time or full-time position.

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients, and we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.
