At Chick-fil-A Miami Shores, the Back of House (BOH) Manager role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity! In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Managers gain leadership experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Managers are responsible for leading their teams to provide exceptional dining experiences for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food. His or her area of responsibility will primarily focus on the kitchen areas including food preparation, breading, fryers, dishwashing, walk-in freezer, walk-in cooler, break room and back office.
Note: the restaurant is tentatively scheduled to open in June 2024.
