Restaurant experience is welcomed, but not required for this position. Shift Manager Trainees will work closely with the leadership team to prepare to lead at the time of our Grand Opening. We're hiring now for managers, and Team Member hiring begins in mid-March.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership : Maintain positive working relationships, provide direction and feedback to employees.
• Education : Coach Managers and Team Members on customer service, food standards, productivity, and consistency.
• Quality Assurance : Monitor food preparation, ensure adherence to recipes, and conduct daily food safety assessments.
• Scheduling : Schedule Team Members based on skills, track performance, and document policy violations.
• Team Collaboration : Report to the Owner/Operator, serve alongside other executive directors, and ensure smooth kitchen shifts.
• Operations Management : Manage inventory, facilities, and understand key positions in the back of the store.
• Performance Analysis : Evaluate and make changes based on Sales and Metric Reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Servsafe Certification upon hire.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant leadership or management experience from a transferable field.
• Driver's License and Reliable Transportation.
• Adhere to our dress code, including no visible piercings or tattoos
• Basic computer and iPad competencies.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40lbs, stand for up to 10 hours, and be active for extended periods.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding and evaluation of Profit and Labor Reports.
