We are currently seeking a Dining Room Manager to add to our Leadership team. We are looking for hard-working individuals who thrive in a fast-paced positive environment. 5 days per week with a focus on high volume times – Lunches and dinners are required. Fridays and Saturdays are required. Shift is 11:30am to 8pm.

Your Role on our Team:

  • Acts as a role model and leader in the dining room, setting a tone for teamwork and encourage others to do the same by being high energy, positive, tolerant, kind, and open to new ideas.
  • Works alongside Team Members in the dining room, providing genuine hospitality for our guests while maintaining cleanliness and safety. Provides coaching and feedback in a way that is constructive and positive and in line with restaurant goals.
  • Coaches Dining Room Team Members to ensure all policies and procedures are followed and tasks are completed for the shift, setting up the next shift for success.
  • Consistently reviews reports and metrics, always looking for and recommending improvement to the operation and our people.
  • Is in constant communication with other restaurant leaders outside of the dining room - working toward common restaurant goals and enabling each other's success.
  • Develops junior leaders in line with restaurant leader development plan. Provides feedback in a way that is constructive and positive and in line with restaurant goals.
  • Point of accountability for Guest’s Dine In Experience for the restaurant, reviewing key metrics in this area, adhering to strict checklists/procedures, using standard tools, and always working towards continuous improvement.
  • Point of accountability for Dining Room and Restroom Cleanliness for the restaurant, reviewing key metrics in this area, adhering to strict checklists/procedures, using standard tools, and always working towards continuous improvement.
  • Point of accountability for safety audits and follow up items to maintain the highest scores. Work with leaders and team members to ensure standards are always met.
  • Solves Problems – serves as an escalation point for our team.
  • Greet and serve guests with genuine hospitality, including eye contact, a genuine smile, enthusiastic tone, and with connection.
  • Accountable for the order and cleanliness of the dining room, including clearing trays from guests, wiping down tables and seats, sweeping floors around tables, cleaning windows, vacuuming carpets at entry.
  • Keep condiment stations well stocked and clean.
  • Ensure dining room guests needs are taken care of by performing table touch-ins and delivering on requests.
  • Coordinate resolution of any order inaccuracies with the front counter and or servers. Deliver ‘second mile service’ by always looking to go the extra mile for our guests.

Works within the Chick-fil-A community to receive training and learn the culture of care; looks for opportunities for connections with other restaurants and corporate for kitchen related items.
