Job duties include:
  • Completing tasks and ensuring that products and the guest experience are consistent with the Chick-fil-A brand, culture and the Operator's vision.
  • Work with urgency to complete tasks efficiently and achieve operational excellence in all that you do.
  • Preparing, assembling, and serving products to food stations according to Chick-fil-A standards.
  • Communicate clearly with fellow team members and leaders.
  • Stand for periods of up to 5 hours in length.
  • Basic mathematical and measurement skills.
  • Maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning and equipment care.
  • Always courteously greet guests, even if working in the kitchen.
  • Able to lift up to 45 pounds.
  • Maintaining a well-groomed and clean appearance and always dressing professionally.
  • Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, and inspection standards.
  • Fulfill other duties as required to assist team members and leadership with necessary tasks.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must have a source of reliable transportation
  • Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
  • Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
  • Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
  • Mobility required during shifts
  • Must work well under pressure
  • Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
  • Must be available to work Saturdays
