eBike Delivery Team Member Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellence: safely and efficiently deliver Chick-fil-A meals to our customers, ensuring each delivery is met with a smile.
• Team spirit: work closely with our in-store team to ensure orders are accurately prepared and ready for delivery.
• Community ambassador: represent Chick-fil-A’s values and commitment to quality and service in every interaction within our local community.
• Smile, create/maintain eye contact, speak enthusiastically, and make emotional connections with guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to biking safety laws and Chick-fil-A rules/dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Age 18 or older with a passion for cycling and great customer service
• Familiarity with Fayetteville and the University of Arkansas campus areas
• A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate efficiently
• Commitment to safety, both on the road and with food handling
• Consistency and reliability
