Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute all front-of-house and back-of-house operations with a focus on hospitality and guest experience.
• Create systems for training, financial stewardship, and operational excellence.
• Develop mid-level leaders to achieve the restaurant's vision.
• Strategically schedule to maximize guest experience and profitability.
• Analyze data for continuous improvement in customer experience, sales, and profitability.

Requirements:

• 3 years of leadership and management experience.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Full-time availability from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m., Monday to Saturday.
• Degree preferred, but not required.
