The role of the Team Member is to serve guests by delivering a quality customer experience with a welcoming and friendly attitude while ensuring that the food presentation, packaging and quality is top level for every Guest interaction. This role is a critical piece of our daily operation and controls the speed and friendliness of service we provide to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality customer experience. (Excellent food /Guest interactions)
- Contribute a positive attitude to staff morale
- Prepare, assemble and serve products
- Courteously greet guests, take orders, explain and suggest menu items
- Ensure that products and guest experience are consistent with our brand, culture, and standard of excellence
- Maintain a well-groomed and clean appearance
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
