Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Smile and create emotional connections with guests
  • Maintain eye contact and speak enthusiastically
  • Multitask quickly and thoroughly
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable
  • Other duties as assigned
