Summary of Job Responsibilities
* Payroll Support
* Manage Team Member requested punch edits, daily
* Perform daily audits of punches and breaks
* Manage break attestation process, daily
* Mange and complete punch verification process by payday, each pay period.
* Each Monday print and post schedule in designated areas
* Manage Nametag loan process
Compliance Support
* Conduct monthly compliance audits of Food Handler Cards, Team Member Anniversaries, Work Permits, Regulatory training, Delivery Driver DMV records as required by policy and any other required audits
* Manage the renewal process of Team Member compliance documentation.
* Manage COVID notification and posting process.
Additional Human Resources Support
* Prepare new hire files, paperwork and uniforms (through partnership with Office Specialist) for orientation/new hires.
* Perform final audit of onboarding documents ensuring all documents, where necessary, are set to track as noted in Item 1, before filing.
* Assist with paperwork completion as directed.
* Answer the hotline and keep all the areas informed about callouts.
* Keep records and create reports for every payroll for callouts.
Other Duties as Assigned
* Additional responsibilities as directed.
Minimum Requirements
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual in English and Spanish
* Available to work Friday and Saturday
* Available to work some evenings until 10 pm
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Resumen de Responsabilidades de Trabajo
Apoyo a la nmina
* Gestionar diariamente las modificaciones de fichajes solicitadas por los miembros del equipo.
* Realizar auditoras diarias de fichajes y descansos
* Gestionar diariamente el proceso de certificacin de descansos
* Gestionar y completar el proceso de verificacin de fichajes antes del da de pago, cada periodo de pago.
* Cada lunes, imprimir y publicar el horario en las reas designadas
* Gestionar el proceso de prstamo de etiquetas de identificacin
Apoyo al cumplimiento
* Llevar a cabo auditoras mensuales de cumplimiento de los carns de manipulador de alimentos, aniversarios de los miembros del equipo, permisos de trabajo, formacin reglamentaria, registros del DMV de los conductores de reparto segn lo exigido por la poltica y cualquier otra auditora necesaria.
* Gestionar el proceso de renovacin de la documentacin de cumplimiento de los miembros del equipo.
* Gestionar el proceso de notificacin y publicacin de COVID.
Apoyo adicional de Recursos Humanos
* Preparar los expedientes de las nuevas contrataciones, la documentacin y los uniformes (en colaboracin con el especialista de oficina) para la orientacin/las nuevas contrataciones.
* Realizar la auditora final de los documentos de incorporacin asegurndose de que todos los documentos, cuando sea necesario, se ajustan al seguimiento indicado en el punto 1, antes de archivarlos.
* Ayudar a completar el papeleo segn se indique.
* Responder a la lnea directa y mantener informadas a todas las reas sobre las llamadas.
* Mantener registros y crear informes para cada nmina de llamadas.

Requisitos Mnimos
* Diploma de Secundaria o equivalente
* Bilinge en Ingls y Espaol
* Disponibilidad para trabajar viernes y sbados
* Disponibilidad para trabajar algunas noches hasta las 10 pm
* Dominio de Microsoft Outlook, Word y Excel
