The Kitchen Director reports directly to the Restaurant Owner/Operator and develops all Managers and mid-level leaders on the heart of house team. The Kitchen Director sets the standard for operational excellence and leads by example.

Who We Are
Located an hour north of Washington DC in Frederick, Maryland. Chick-fil-A Frederick North is owned and operated by Dwight Sones. Dwight has served as the Owner/Operator of this restaurant since its grand opening in October, 2017. Prior to his six years as an Owner/Operator with Chick-fil-A, Dwight was blessed to serve our Nation as an officer and pilot in the United States Air Force. Of his 26 years of service, 17 were spent in the flying community as an Evaluator, Instructor, Trainer, or Trainee. Dwight has been able to transition his experience and leadership serving our country to propel Chick-fil-A Frederick North into a chainwide leader in operational excellence. Chick-fil-A Frederick North prides itself on having a culture and work environment that’s second to none in the quick service restaurant industry.
