Chick-fil-A is Hiring a Restaurant Kitchen Leadership Near Morgantown, WV

The Restaurant Leader is responsible for

  • Always delivering crave-able food, in a timely manner, that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A Quality Requirements
  • Coaching the behaviors of all Team Leaders and Team Members who work in the restaurant.
  • Always deliver a REMARKABLE experience for all guest who visit the restaurant.

  • Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety

As a Restaurant Manager you will:

  • Demonstrate a passion for the business and managing the overall operations
  • Find, train, develop and recognize the best people
  • Manage daily activities to ensure guests receive excellent customer service
  • Demonstrate a strong awareness and concern for food quality and safety along with the overall guest experience
  • Adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Opening and closing the restaurant
  • Assist with maintaining an acceptable food safety standard
  • Maintaining accurate transfer logs
  • Maintaining a LEAN production environment
  • Coaching, evaluating, and providing accountability for all kitchen Team Members
  • Troubleshooting and repairing equipment and facilities
  • Ensure all necessary preventative maintenance and cleaning are on a set schedule.
