In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants.

Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.

Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®.

We are seeking highly motivated people to lead and manage areas of our business. You must be unstoppably focused on putting guests first, maintaining Chick-fil-A’s high food safety standards, and executing all you do with operational excellence.

As a leader at Chick-fil-A, you must be able to grow and develop a team, lead by example with high energy, and create an environment of accountability.

We require 2 years of prior leadership experience and open availability. You will need the ability to lead in a fast paced and stressful environment.

Salary ranges from $38,000 - $42,000 plus comprehensive benefit packages, as well as Sundays off.
