Job FunctionsEssential Functions
- Courteously greet, interact and serve Guests in a timely manner with a cheerful attitude.
- Deliver exceptional service to every Guest consistently while interacting and in a professional manner.
- Take beverage orders from Guests and, through the tablet, communicate orders properly to the service bar.
- Promptly deliver all beverages to appropriate gaming machines or tables and assigned work areas.
- Manage the assigned sections and tasks in an efficient and proactive manner.
- Monitor and anticipate Guest needs, refill beverages, and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including beverage stations, tables, and service areas.
- Upsell and recommend additional beverage items to enhance the Guest experience.
- Recognize and acknowledge when Guests are becoming intoxicated and/or are intoxicated.
- Collaborate with other Team Members to ensure overall Guest satisfaction.
- Anticipate Guests' needs and provide personalized attention throughout their Casino Resort experience.
- Complies with the Department of Health and business sanitation standards.
- Works as part of a team and provides help and support to all fellow Team Members.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- 1 year of work experience in a high-volume beverage setting.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to take and process orders using tablets.
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Must have a strong understanding of cocktails, liquors, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks.
- 2 years of serving experience.
- Cash handling experience.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service.
- Additional industry certifications.
