Position SummaryAs a Team Member of the Marketing/PD team, the Host Coordinator is a CRCR Ambassador and takes personal ownership to ensure all of their actions are in the best interest of the business. The Host coordinator is responsible for assisting the Marketing/PD team in executing special events, managing room reservations and assisting with the overall success of the marketing team. Position FunctionsEssential Functions
Track promotion/special event pacing to ensure target participation goals are being met.
Assist hosts in developing and executing special events on and off-site.
Plan and execute targeted special events.
Input all Host reservations adhering to the designated assigned status.
Responsible for all special room amenity requests.
Market property and all applicable promotions and special events through telemarketing, email and in-person contacts.
Assist in promotions and special event planning.
Assist the marketing department in executing brand promotions and events.
Act as an ambassador for the marketing department with all internal Guests within CRCR.
Participate in ongoing professional development to continue to refine skills and knowledge in marketing.
Other duties as assigned.

QualificationsMinimum requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).
Previous Casino, hospitality, sales, and marketing experience.
Relevant Guest service/FOH experience.
Basic understanding of how Casino Rewards programs work.
Familiarity with room and event amenity programs.
Familiarity with Casino CRM/CMS software.
Excellent phone etiquette and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficient in conflict resolution.
Proficient in LMS and applicable reservation software.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with player tracking software and reservation systems.
Previous project management experience.
