Job Description:
Fast-growing behavioral health group seeks individual with desire to grow in the field with opportunities for growth in the company on a large scale.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the clinical operations of the organization in multiple locations
- Provide leadership, supervision and guidance to the clinical staff
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective coordination of services
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Provide on-site training to new clinicians
- Hire clinicians to provide SUD services
- Review charts for supervised clinicians including treatment recommendations, assessments and progress notes
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of medical management principles and practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of insurance policies within the SUD model preferred
- Expert knowledge in OASAS paperwork required
