If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!The Child and Family Guidance Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Family and Marriage Therapist (LFMT) to join our team as a Contract Therapist LPHA.This role offers a unique opportunity to work with diverse populations across multiple locations in Plano and surrounding counties.What we offerJoining our team means more than just a job – it's an opportunity to significantly improve the lives of individuals and families facing mental and behavioral health challenges. With competitive compensation ranging from $30 to $55 per hour, a supportive work environment, and the chance to work autonomously while still being part of a vibrant team, you'll have the flexibility and resources to thrive.What you’ll do
  • Provide cognitive behavioral family oriented, individual and/or group therapeutic mental health services, including medication and parenting skills training
  • Ensure accurate and compliant documentation of client interactions
  • Monitor service authorizations and prepare cases for review
  • Attend mandatory trainings, meetings, and maintain licensure
  • Facilitate client referrals to in-house prescribers as needed
What you bring
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Texas State Board licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LFMT
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mental health, family counseling, or social work
  • Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills
  • A valid driver’s license and own transportation
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus
