Child Community Services is Hiring a Master's Level Clinician Near Colorado, CO

**Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred.

This job requires office and home visits. Do not apply if you are seeking telehealth only.

**Must have your own vehicle to get to client homes.

We are a nonprofit seeking talented individuals to join our mission. Our goal is to strengthen children and their families with coping skills, emotional support, and to promote healthy living habits to build successful lives.

Population We Serve

Children 3-17 years old with a behavioral health diagnosis or symptoms.

Parents of the children with a behavioral health diagnosis or symptoms.

Work Environment

Work is conducted via telehealth, office, or client homes or parks based on client level of need.

Documentation can be completed at your home.

Flexible Schedule (Mon.-Fri.)

Position is full-time 35-40 hrs a week however we offer part-time and internships.

Position hours increase weekly in the first month as you build your caseload and schedule your clients.

Current caseload is a mix of 20-25 children and families.

Position will require travel to service clients for some sessions or crisis intervention.

Pay with Benefits

Provisionally Licensed $30-$36/per hour Fully Licensed $40-$47/per hour

Position is also offered for Contract w/ no benefits at $35-$40 per hour.

1099 Contract w/ out benefits at $$50-$52/hr for fully Licensed

A Commission is also offered based on reaching billable weekly targets which adds up to approximately $5,600 extra annually.

Education:
Master’s degree or PhD/PsyD in psychology, counseling, clinical social work, or equivalent.

Training & Experience:
Registered with DORA as a LSW, LPCC, or MFTC is required.

A clinical background working with children and families required.

Experience completing Biopsychosocial Assessments and Treatment Plans required.

General Description of Duties:

Position requires providing mental health counseling to children and adults. Adheres to the spirit of the mission statement while performing assigned duties.

Supervision Received:

Works under the direct supervision of the Clinical Team Lead and Executive Director.

Billing Provider signs off on hours for licensure.

Clinical Supervision is provided 1x weekly by a supervisor of your choice and paid for by our company!

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Excellent working knowledge of behavioral treatment for children and adolescent behavioral health

· Ability to work through assessments of behavioral health conditions and diagnose.

· Ability to collaborate and work as a team with case managers in the treatment of psycho-social issues.

· Sensitivity to low income and ethnic minority communities a must.

· Experience working with Medicaid populations.
