Child Guidance Resource is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Philadelphia, PA

The Office Administrator is an entry level full time position. Hours include Monday-Tuesday: 12:00pm-8:00pm, Wednesday-Friday: 8:00am-4:00pm, and every other Saturday (if needed.) The position is responsible for providing day to day administrative support to assigned CGRC sites/services. This position also performs reception/front desk functions and filing when necessary.

Some responsibilities include:

  • Maintain accuracy in data entry, insurance verification and updating.
  • Data entry functions, from initial client registration through discharge, for assigned services.
  • Verify client insurance eligibility through EVS Verification System as scheduled for assigned services.
  • Prepare and assemble new client charts and intake packets for all assigned services.
  • Prepare client chart for discharge for all assigned services.
  • Provide administrative support coverage for other CGRC programs, locations and /or shifts as needed.
  • Report to work on time as scheduled; complete work within designated timeframes.
  • Maintain a positive image and a professional environment; always portray a professional manner.
