What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reception Assistant Manager position at Children's Discovery Center?
The Children's Discovery Center is looking for an experienced customer service representative to assist with the management of our reception desk.
Responsibilities include greeting guests, selling tickets, processing memberships, answering questions, and directing customer comments. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the front desk and lobby area, light office work, restocking café and gift shop merchandise and assisting other departments as needed.
Ideal candidate will be detail oriented, friendly, love working with kids, have excellent customer service, and cash handling experience. Must be available to work on weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
