Who We Are
Children’s Cancer Therapy Development Institute (cc-TDI) is a non-profit childhood cancer research lab dedicated to making childhood cancer universally survivable.
Since 2015, cc-TDI has been at the forefront of scientific discovery, pushing the boundaries to send more targeted drugs into clinical trials for underserved childhood cancers with the most dire outcomes. Our multidisciplinary team of biologists, biomedical engineers, and data scientists use state-of-the-art techniques to identify cancer cell targets and determine how to deliver safe and effective lifesaving treatments. Since 1978, the FDA has approved only 13 drugs to treat childhood cancer. However, cc-TDI has already pushed two drugs into three clinical trials since 2015, with the goal of making five drugs available for children via trials every year. Our ambitious plans are supported by an incredible team dedicated to making this vision a reality.
The Opportunity
As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our organization’s operations. Working closely with the Executive Director and leadership team, you will contribute to the long-term vision and strategic plan of cc-TDI. This role involves managing all aspects of internal operations, scaling administrative support functions, and enabling our research team to achieve their goals. Your responsibilities will include:
